Online Therapy for New Parents

Having a baby is hard. It just is. And we often don’t talk about the messier, teary-er, more vulnerable parts of it. If you’re struggling, know that it’s not because you’re weak or broken. You’re struggling because it’s objectively hard. Having a baby can deeply affect our sense of identity, our romantic partnership, our family relationships including with our own parents and in-laws, and our other children. There can be grief, frustration, fear, and anger alongside the joy, and you’re navigating all of that while exhausted, in physical recovery, and on a steep learning curve with your baby (or babies!).

I want to help you feel less alone.
I want to help you to feel less alone, less embarrassed or ashamed of your experience, and more understanding of yourself and what you’re going through with a new baby or babies. If you’re ready for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit, send me an email. I’ll ask you about your main challenges and your specific hopes for therapy, and explain a little bit more about how I work. Then we can figure out if online or in-person appointments will be best for you, and how often (e.g. weekly or bi-weekly).

Thank you for reaching out! I will be in touch soon to set up an appointment to talk more.
