Miscarriage and Infertility
Struggling with miscarriage and/or infertility can feel so lonely. It can be extremely hard to share about with others, and you may feel like even your partner does not understand what you’re going through. It can feel like your body is broken or betraying you, like you’re inferior or that something is wrong with you. Add in the mental labour of learning about what is happening and how to become and stay pregnant, and managing your emotions when others become pregnant or have babies, and you are likely feeling depressed and exhausted, and maybe angry.
You are welcome and safe with me.
All of your feelings, especially the messy, ugly, incoherent ones are welcome and safe with me. I am here to listen and hold space, grieve with you, and walk alongside you, so that you can feel less alone, and find more self-understanding and compassion for yourself as you move through this.

If you’re ready for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit, send me an email. I’ll ask you about your unique situation and specific hopes for therapy, and explain a little bit more about how I work. Then we can figure out if online or in-person appointments will be best for you, and how often (e.g. weekly or bi-weekly).
